Mission
Our mission is to encourage positive daily living in a safe home environment. We aim at empowering our youth to fall in love with themselves; by having a healthy outlook on life. We will encourage them to make integrity based decisions, communicate effectively and always do the right thing when no one is watching. We will provide fundamental life skills that inspire youth to thrive and achieve their goals as well as nurturing and inspiring healthy relationships to assist with a positive transition into adulthood.

Admissions
Assessment
During this process we will begin the admissions process by completing a non-diagnostic psychosocial assessment. This assessment helps us gather relevant background information to determine if the client is a good fit for our residential home.
Right Fit Determination
After our assessment process, we will make a determination if the candidate is a right fit for our home. We will collaborate with each client and look at the individuals ability to thrive in our residential environment.
Acceptance
Once the admission process is complete we will coordinate with each client their arrival time, local transportation needs, financial assessment, schedule to check in and expectations,
Special Needs
If there are special needs, this information will be addressed during our admissions process and special accommodations will be made if Lifelong Choices is able to comply with the needs of the client.
Confidentiality
We respect the rights of the clients we serve. Lifelong Choices will keep our patients information confidential at all times.
Community Opportunities
We encourage our residents to become active participants in the community in which they live. We will encourage them to participate with volunteer service and community activities.
